Education : Trained in Classical Indian cooking and has had
success working for the Taj Group and Sheraton Hotels in India.
Career : He began to experiment and develop his innovative
techniques whilst at Tabla in Canary Wharf. Moved on to Painted Heron
on Cheyne Walk and won Remy Martin Award in 2004 and named Best Chef
by Curry Club Guide.
Nominated in 'Best Indian' Category in London Restaurant Awards 2008.
Latest project is 'Bangalore Express' at Waterloo Station with
partner Charles Hill. |
