Warren Yeung took over when “big cousin” moved to Princess Street , and its popularity is undimmed. Little Yang Sing is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester Chinatown and has achieved a high reputation for its authentic Cantonese cuisine and impeccable service. Also opened the Pan Asia restaurant nearby to cater for the China/Thailand trend.
