Director Tracey Kitchener-Kemp

Career : Managing Director of Bombay Bicycle Club group. Following her early years in Hotel Management, Tracey progressed to restaurants and bars spending 9 years in the early days of TGI Fridays UK where she ran the London region. Progressing to Brand Development, she spent several years rolling out new brands for various large organisations. She also developed and operated a range of concepts from live entertainment venues, fine dining restaurants and traditional bars. Head of Operations, Des Naidoo was born in Durban, South Africa, where he held the role of Food Production Manager and Technical advisor for a large chain of bakeries, Des moved to London in December 2001 and joined The Bombay Bicycle Club in 2002 Executive Chef is Binod Baral. The group now has 15 delivery kitchens all over London and 3 restaurants. Tracey has now joined the Tootsies restaurant Group as Managing Director part of Clapham House which also owns Bombay Bicycle Club, The Real Greek and Gourmet Burger.
