Owner Tony Kitous

Born in Algeria and moved to London when he was 18. Career : Owner of the sumptuous Pasha Moroccan restaurant as well as Levant, Levantine and partner in Dar Soukar and La Dolce Vita. He divides his time between London and Marrakesh. David Jones, Head Chef, trained in Morocco. Pasha, in LOndon's Gloucester Road, was not only created by Tony Kitous bust also designed. Pasha is lavishly decorated with gold drapery, mosaic tiles & ostentatious chandeliers. Opened Kenza in Devonshire Square, Bishopsgate in October 2007 with 250 covers.
