	Career : Vittoria on Leith Walk, Edinburgh was opened by Tony Crolla's parents in 1970. Renowned locally. The site was originally opened in 1936 as Pompa's Tearoom. Recently opened Vittoria On The Bridge and also owns La Favorita which won an award in 2005. Known for hospitality and friendly atmosphere.
