Career : Executive Chef of Cafe Naz Group and Head Chef at Cafe Naz Cardiff before moving as owner/chef to Moksh Cardiff Bay in 2007.

Stephen has traveled throughout the world, studying and serving in South Africa, Thailand, Bangladesh and India, his birthplace. He has brought this experience to Cardiff providing a vast array of succulent authentic Asian dishes from the finest traditions of Eastern Cuisine.

Won Chef of the Year 2006/7 and his new restaurant is already very popular.
