Career : Owner, dynamic entrepreneur and long established figure of London’s restaurant scene and Managing Director of Metropolitan Restaurant Group. Opened Galileo's Locanda in 1997 off Haymarket, London with Chef Silvano Mazzoli. Also owns Getti's Jermyn Street and Marylebobe High Street plus Zia Teresa with Pietro Ottaviani, a dynamic young chef , The Independent’s “Best Neighbourhood Restaurant 2005” In 1973 Lorenzo Fraquelli opened the successful restaurant Vecchia Milano having moved to Britain a few years before. Vecchia Milano was dutifully managed by his son Stefano. Lorenzo’s grandson Andrea had the vision to transform Vecchia Milano to Brera with celebrated head chef Cristian Roncari and this is now open in Welbeck Street Chairman of the Soho Business Association.
