Career : Former Brunelli head chef Stefano Stecca is launching a new restaurant in north London Osteria Stecca, which is set to open in March, and will be an Italian eaterie in St John's Wood, located on the site of the former A-Z Restaurants site Rosmarino. It will comprise a 50-cover dining room with 20-seat terrace and will also have a small bar. Stecca, who was previously the chef at Rosmarino under A-Z Restaurants, will be the chef-patron of the new restaurant.
