Career : Mr Shokat Ali has years of experience as both owner and chef. His Nawab restaurant in Manchester moved from Rochdale Road in 2005 to the custom-built Failsworth premises where he has been serving diners his high quality cuisine. More recently in 2007 Shokat opened a new buffet style restaurant on Queens Road in Manchester City Centre which is equally popular.
