Owner Sirajul Islam

Born in Sylhet Bangladesh. Career : Owner & General Manager of Sipson Tandoori in West Drayton near Heathrow Airport since 1997. Won Hillingdon's Healthy Choice Award in 2005 and a British Curry Award in 2006. Very popular with local community. Has also won The Healthy Choice Award from The London Borough of Hillingdon. Most recently they have been awarded 5 stars in The Scores on the Doors rating system by The Food Standards Agency in conjunction with The London Borough of Hillingdon. They are the only Indian restaurant in the area to get this rating after an unannounced inspection from the Chief Environmental Officer. Amongst our regular customers are staffs of multinational companies such as D.H.L, Marks and Spencer's B.M.I, Cisco Systems, British Airways and Volkswagen. They have thank you letters from managers and directors of these companies displayed on one wall of the restaurant. Won BCA Honour Award 2006.
