Owner, Chef Shelley Anand

Career : Shelley Anand came to prominence when lead chef at the well known Madhu's in Southall in 2004. Part of the famous Anand family which came from Kenya in 1975. Now with brother Sunny running the very smart The Cumin in Nottingham offering 74 covers over two floors. One of Nottingham’s finest restaurants; having been given 5 stars in the Metro, being awarded several nominations in the National Restaurant Awards as well as the Customer Excellence Award 2008.
