Owner Shams Uddin Ahmed MBE

Career : Was the youngest restaurateur in Northwest of UK when he started in the business in Blackpool in 1961 Owner of Country Spice Restaurant in Hope which won a Curry Award in 2007 from The British Bangladeshi Business Link. Chairman, Chester Bangladesh Asian Project. Mr Ahmed, who lives in Chester, Cheshire, was presented with an MBE in 2001 for services to the Bangladeshi community in the North West. Married to Ayesha Ahmed JP. Sons are DJ Rue and Tarek Fellow of Restaurant Hall of Fame (FRHF)
