	Career : Shah Ahmed opened Bombay Spice restaurant in Guildford in 1999. Located at the heart of Guildford in a prominent position near the railway station, the grand building that Bombay Spice occupies was formerly a bank and has retained many original architectural features including the carved high ceilings and double height windows.
