Chef Sarawar Uddin Khan
	Career : Sarawar was the Bromley Curry Chef of the Year 2003 and 2005 and opened Kosturi in Hayes to further develop his cuisine style. Has been chosen to compete in the fifth International British Fusion Food Festival in Bangladesh in 2008.
