Chef Sanjeev Kumar

Career : Sanjeev Kumar was Head Chef at the New Monsoon restaurant in Leek when he won the title of International Indian Chef of the Year in 2006 in Edinburgh. He has since moved to be Head Chef at the very smart The Pondicherry in The Old Police Station, Ironbridge owned by Arfon Azam in 2007. The aim of The Pondicherry is to offer “innovative cooking” combining “eastern flavours. Voted Shropshire's Best Curry House 2007 by Beacon Radio
