Career : Head Chef at Il Tocco d'Italia in Bath owned by Glyn Gronow.

Began as a kitchen porter then following graduation from catering school in Sicily, Roberto has worked in the very best hotels in the Caribbean, including “The Mandarin”. Resort in Bermuda, and more recently the top fine dining restaurants in Montreal, Canada. His guests have included Celine Dion and the Ruler of Dubai. His style is classic to progressive Italian cuisine, all with his own personal twist.
