Career : Opened Sands , the first Lebanese restaurant
in Bristol in 1999.
In 2003, Sands Restaurant welcomed Issam Al-Achkar to the team. He
has a vast experience both in Lebanon and a major Lebanese restaurant
in London. Issam is supported by His brother Wissam Al-Achkar (who
was himself a head chef in another restaurant Owned by Sands
Proprietor) and Mehdi Hashim (Grill Chef). The manager Hasan Tigoglu
joined the operation in 2006
The large garden is ideal for those balmy evenings and seats up to
100, while the interior is a stylish oasis ideal for romantic couples
or fun-loving Bristol parties. |
