Chef Prahlad Hegde
	Career : Joined Bombay Brasserie, London as a sous chef in 1991 and is a Taj veteran. Has been responsible for many domestic and international food festivals and is Executive Chef of Bombay Brasserie overseeing the development of the revitalised Bombay Brasserie from January 2009.
