Career : Pelle Buonasorte is the proud owner of San Marco restaurant in Derby. This spacious and impressive restaurant was once the stalls of an old cinema, giving it a truly authentic feel which evokes the lively atmosphere of a typical good Italian restaurant. Pelle is well known among Derby restaurant-goers, having worked at most of the best Italian restaurants in town.
