Owner,Chef Phool Chand Thakur

Career : Started career in 1989. Came to Scotland in 2001 after training with Taj in India. Experience at Kalpna in Edinburgh and then opened 9 Cellars restaurant as patron/chef. International Indian Chef of the Year 2007 having been second in 2006. Amazingly, P.C.Thakur wasn't even in the list of finalists until one dropped out. He was originally expecting to be in India during the competition but managed to get back to Edinburgh just in time to be first reserve.
