Born in Naples
Career : Until recently Head Chef at Claudio Pulze's Via
Condotti in Conduit Street Amico, after opening Refettorio for
Giorgio Locatelli and working at Cecconi's, and recently putting in
not very much time at all at Terence Conran's Sartoria. Via Condotti
is a joint venture between renowned restaurateur Claudio Pulze,
General Manager Richard Martinez and Chef Patron Pasquale Amico.
His Naples origins gives him great enthusiasm in cooking with tomatoes.
In February 2008 Amico went to become Head Chef at Zilli Fish
based at Zilli Sohoand help with the opening of the new restaurant in Brighton. |
