Career : Head Chef at Franco's, a chic 1940's style restaurant in London's Jermyn Street which has been famous since 1946. Re-furbished at the end of 2005 by the owners, the Hambro family of Wiltons Oyster restaurant. Franco’s restaurant has been a London institution since the last war, and now that this Mayfair stalwart has enjoyed a full refurbishment it has absolutely embraced the 21st century. |
