Chef Omar Allibhoy
	Career : Learned his trade from 5 years olf from his mother in Madrid. Formal training under Ferran Adria of El Bulli and later under Jason Atherton at Gordon Ramsay's Maze. Now at the age of 25 Head Chef at El Pirata de Tapas in Westbourne Grove and considered a prodigious talent.
