	Career : Director of Myliko Wines which started business in 1991. The company has built a formidable portfolio of over 200 wines from around the world. Opened Spice Valley restaurant in Bolton with brother Subhash and his wife Geeta Kotecha who run the restaurant - a large, attractive, modern building recommended by Bolton Evening News. In 2008 opened a branch in Horwich.
