Career : Came from top hotel in Thailand to be Head Chef at the opening of the first Thai Square in The Strand in 1996. His pad thai, green curry, and chicken with cashew nuts are so good that people come back for them time and again. There are now 15 branches in the Thai Restaurant Group which is based at its flagship restaurant in Cockspur Street. They are in London and surrounds with three more due to open in Bromley, Covent Garden and Maidenhead.
