Education : MBA at Strathclyde 1994/5. Family has been in the restaurant business since 1980s. Career : Ran the UK arm of a major Middle East clothing company. Launched Tha Dhabba in Merchant City, Glasgow in 2002. In 2004 opened a sister restaurant The Dhakin in same area. Latest project is another restaurant, the Merchant City Gate serving fusion tapas. Set up outside catering company Bapu Hospitality. Has also set up Bespoke IT Solutions and in 2006 acquired Integrated POS Solutions Ltd.
