Owner Naheem Akhtar
	Career : Owner/Manager of The Pearl Restaurant Bar & Lounge opened 2005 in Audenshaw, Manchester. The restaurant represented the city in Curry Capital of Britain 2007 and received an award from Guide Dogs for the Blind for introduction of braille menus in 2006.
