Owner Muzammil Ali

Career : Mr Muzammil Ali has held a life-long passion for quality Indian food. In 1987 he established Jewel in the Crown with the aim of creating a restaurant in the UK serving the exciting tastes of the many regions of India, combined with elegance and authenticity. Active in the local community and always prepared to raise funds for charity. In 2002 he created a special dish, called the Golden Jubilee Ruby, in honour of Her Majesty the Queen.
