Career : Originally owned a restaurant in Lahore. Owner (nickname Saloo) of the very popular and highly respected Salloos in London SW1 helped by daughter Farizeh. Restaurant opened in late 1976 now run by daughters. A dainty house in the residential backwaters of Knightsbridge is not where you’d expect to find one of London’s longest-standing & most highly revered Pakistani restaurants. Over the last 31 years, this tidy upstairs dining room has played host to legions of satisfied diners. Still with original chef Abdul Aziz.
