Career : His father, Sitab Khan opened Bilash in
Wolverhamption in 1983. Originally from London his parents set up the
second tandoori in the city. The restaurant is now run by Mohammed
Khan and recently won the Curry Chef of the Year award.
Thought of as the best Indian restaurant in the Black Country and
listed in Michelin 2008 and featured in Which's Good Food Guide.

With 26 years of cooking under his belt some might think that Sitab
will be considering hanging up the chefs hat. "No
chance", he says.
Latest project has been to open up a second, up-market Bilash
Champagne Lounge and Asian Grill in Bennets Hill, Birmingham. |
