Career : Opened Royal Al Faisal in Birmingham's balti area at the beginning of the balti craze. The restaurant was re-furbished to go more up-market in 2005 and is now Al Faisal's. The restaurant can accommodate up to 600 people over two floors, with the chefs on view from an open kitchen. Won the National Tiffin Cup 2006 Soon to open an Italian restaurant Piatto. |
