Massimo Riccioli

 

Career : Massimo Riccioli, the flavour fundamentalist, chef owner of La Rosetta and Riccioli Café, has, since childhood been taught the culture of the sea and its abundance, thanks to his father who went directly to the fishermen’s boats to buy the catch of the day.

His career in the world of cuisine has revolved around the highest quality seafood for the last 40 years, and his first restaurant, Rome’s La Rosetta, has enjoyed decades of celebrated success.

Apart from owning and running La Rosetta restaurant, which his father opened in 1964, Mr. Riccioli now heads the David Collins-designed restaurant at the new £300 million, five-star Corinthia hotel in London, called Massimo's Restaurant & Oyster Bar
