Career : Corporate Head Chef at award-winning Mango Tree in London which opened in 2001. Then took up responsibility for Awana Malaysian restaurant when it opened in 2005.

Worked at Michelin-starred Oak Rooms at Le Meridian, Live Bait and more recently, opening and developing Bam-Bou in London’s Fitzrovia. Known for his creative approach to Thai and Malaysian cuisine.
