Malaysian restaurant when it opened in 2005.
Worked at Michelin-starred Oak Rooms at Le Meridian, Live Bait and
more recently, opening and developing Bam-Bou in Londons
Fitzrovia. Known for his creative approach to Thai and Malaysian cuisine.
