Career : Locale Restaurants are owned by Mark Evans, Mark Elphicke and Douglas Smillie who all have extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Locale Dulwich will be the fourth restaurant in the group, adding to the existing sites in Blackheath, County Hall and Fulham. Locale Blackheath was the winner of 'Best New Italian Food and Pizza Restaurant 2007' as voted by PAPA (Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Association). Latest branch to open in East Dulwich April 2008. Locale Group Head Chef is Paolo Barone.
