Career : Worked in Taj Hotels, Oberoi and ITC Sheraton before coming to London as Deputy Head Chef at fashionable Chutney Mary in London then as Head Chef at Veeraswamy. Moved on to work at Just India in Putney which won a London Carlton Award after its first year and then opened Indian Zing in Hammersmith to be recognised as one of the top Indian restaurants in the country. February 2008 opened Indian Zest in Sunbury on Thames with partner Bhanu Pratap. Member of Federation of Specialist Restaurants   Fellow of The Restaurant Hall of Fame (FRHF)
