Manjula Dharmasiri

 

Career : Manjula joined the House of Commons in 2011 bringing extensive years of training and experience to head the Kitchen team. Achievements:

He has been a 2 time Winner of silver medal and certificate in the Live Cooking competition of the EMIRATES SALON CULINAIRE,2006 and in 2001 and was chosen as the Most Creative Chef of the Year 2006 in Hotel Holiday International ,Sharjah. He was also the Winner of the Bronze medal and certificate in the Professional Chef of the year 1996 competition held by the Emirates Culinary Guild

His work experience spans form 1987 to date starting as Chef de Partie at the then Holiday inn Colombo and moved on to Hotel Holiday International Sharjah culminating as Sr Sous Chef before returning to Sri Lanka in 2009
