Lodue Miah

Originally from the beautiful Bangladeshi village of Ishobpur

Career : Owner of Madhuban in Liss, Hampshire with his brother Bedar Miah and helped by brothers Didar and Dodue. A chef himself, he is assisted in the kitchen by his uncle and several cousins.

The restaurant is very popular and reckoned to be the best in the area.

Created his own series of sauces for retail. Recently opened Sundarbon on a boat at Lakeside Frimley Green
