Career : Opened his first restaurant in 1988 and has gone on to found the Blue Orchid group, an elite chain of restaurants in Southern England which specialise in the finest Thai cuisine and particularly luxurious Thai ambiance. There Blue Orchid restaurants in Milton Keynes, Harpenden, Letchworth, Berkhampsted, Coventry and Amersham. In January 2008 he opened DineAsia in Nutley East Sussex to offer panasian food from top Indian and Thai chefs.
