Career : Born and raised in Goa and trained in one of India’s finest five star establishments. Since his arrival in the UK he has cooked at several top London Restaurants. In 2005, he was selected Top Chef, at the Asian Lifestyle food demonstration show. The previous London restaurants he has worked for are Chutney Mary, La Porte De Indes, Eriki, Veeraswamy and Bombay Nights
