Father was a successful restaurateur and watched father's work from
the age of 11 yrs
Education : BA Honours in Marketing & Human Resources
Career : Opened Poppadoms in Carlisle in 1998 and sold it
three years later. In 2002 opened the highly acclaimed Spice Cube in
Newcastle and then TEZA in Carlisle in 2005.
Head Chef is Dinesh Rawat. Born in Delhi he worked at several
Oberoi Hotels in Jaipur and Bombay and then opened a restaurant for
the Mandarin Group in Bali.Has also worked in Australia and Singapore
and opened the Anna Khan in Stockholm as well as training with Vivek
Singh of London's Cinnamon Club. |
