Career : Jake's mother spent some 30yrs living in Granada. In his early years Jake spent a lot of time in Spain and was intrigued by the cooking. After jointly opening Moro with Sam & Sam Clark, he opened the trendy Cigala in Lambs Conduit Street in order to bring a large variety of Spanish cooking to London.

There is an extensive wine list and also a bar area downstairs for patrons use. Relaxed, polite service and critically acclaimed.
