Entries into the Restaurant Hall of Fame are being added to on a daily basis to celebrate the more than 200 years since the first Italian restaurant appeared in Britain. If you know of someone deserving of being included please contact the editor or complete a Profile Form and submit it.

* His has worked for Daily Mail, Daily Express, Spice n’Easy, Masala & Menu Magazine. They have also edited The Real Curry Restaurant Guide, The Oriental Restaurant Guide, The Italian Restaurant Guide & Mood Food Restaurant Guide for many years.

* He also appearsas expert on television & radio as well as being food historians with two successful books.

* They provide sector market research for several national companies and media as well as comments on the present and future condition of the industry.

* Authors of best-selling book ‘Curry Culture – A very British love affair’ - “Historians uncover secret of Britain’s first man of curry” (Daily Telegraph) and "Flavours of History"

* Organisers of National Curry Week, Curry Capital of Britain and Best in Britain Awards (BIBA).

* Operate several major websites including www.fedrest.com and www.moodfoodmag.co.uk.

* As well as being food writers they are also both members of The Sports Journalists Association.
