The Restaurant Hall of Fame is compiled for The Federation of Specialist Restaurants by Peter Grove, editor of Mood Food Magazine and previously Menu Magazine who, has many years experience in the ethnic food & drink industries and international journalism.

* His experience includes working for Daily Mail, Daily Express, Spice n’Easy, Masala & Menu Magazine. They have also edited The Real Curry Restaurant Guide, The Oriental Restaurant Guide, The Italian Restaurant Guide & Mood Food Restaurant Guide for many years.

* They also appear as experts on television & radio as well as being food historians with two successful books.

* They provide sector market research for several national companies and media as well as comments on the present and future condition of the industry.

* Author of best-selling book ‘Curry Culture – A very British love affair’ - “Historians uncover secret of Britain’s first man of curry” (Daily Telegraph) and "Flavours of History"

* Organisers of National Curry Week, Curry Capital of Britain and Best in Britain Awards (BIBA).

* Operate several major websites including www.fedrest.com and www.moodfoodmag.co.uk.

* As well as being food writers they are also both members of The Sports Journalists Association.
