	Career : Owner of Bengal Palace in Seaford, Sussex. Established in 1987. The Bengal Palace is one of the few restaurants in the South offering an exclusive Goan style menu. Over 30 mouth-watering dishes complemented by an excellent array of vegetables, rice, bread and sundry dishes make up a gastronomic experience. Renowned locally. Visited in 2005 by Bangladesh Cricket Team.
