Career : The Matharoo Brothers Dev, Janelle and Jo opened the Flamingo Bar & Grill in Leicester in August 1995. Opened on the site of a previously run-down bar, it offered top class Punjabi cuisine. The first floor function suite has a cpacity for 130 people. Owner & Executive Chef Dev Matharoo has gained considerable knowledge of restaurants and food preparation and has travelled to the Far East, Europe, Africa and India in search of new ingredients and spices.
