Owner Bashir Ahmed
	Career : Mr Bashir Ahmed has built up a chain of several successful Indian restaurants, but until he opened award winning Kasturi in Aldgate High Street at the beginning of 2002, all of his restaurants were in Holland. Kasturi specialises in Pakhtoon cuisine, which is originated from North-West Frontier Province of undivided India. Finalist in Restaurant Magazine Best Dishes 2006.
