Career :  Original head chef of Atami in London (ex of Nobu, Hakkasan and Tsunami) is a specialist in modern Japanese cuisine.

Moved to become Executive Chef at Chino Latino at the Riverside Plaza Hotel with brother Patrick in June 2007. Consultant chef for Kombu in Docklands.

Chino Latino combines beautiful, Asian-inspired modern finishes with white, natural granite slabs and illuminated floors offset but warm orange and cool grey glass panels; creating a really romantic but slightly mysterious atmosphere. Award-winning branches serving pan-asian cuisine in Nottingham and Leeds.
