Career : Andrew Hung is well established in the restaurant industry. His latest project, Shanghai Blues, opened in mid 2004. Since then it has had positive reviews from Time Out, the Evening Standard, the Financial Times and the Tatler and Harpers Bazaar Restaurant Guides 2006, the service being described as “kind and attentive”, the décor as “gorgeous” and the food as “faultless”.

Andrew Hung himself is passionate and verbose about Chinese food, his enthusiasm often leading him to educate his clientele about how to best enjoy Chinese food.
