Director of Babur 1998 Ltd and has run Babur Brasserie in
London SE23 for the past 7 years.
The restaurant is acknowledged as being rather special and certainly
light years away from the conventional curry house. It is unique in
its area and is well known for its highly successful festivals
celebrating the regional cuisines of the sub-continent. Celebrated 23
years in July 2008 with a special menu including buffalo vindaloo.
