Career : Chef Ajay Chopra is the Executive Chef of the two Mint Leaf restaurants in London the first of which was opened in Haymarket in 2003. Oberoi trained, he was headhunted in 2007 from Mumbai’s leading 5-star hotel, the JW Marriott, where he continually entertained a plethora of international celebrities and Bollywood stars. Mint Leaf is the haunt of celebrities such as Kate Winslet, Keira Knightley, Kate Moss, Kevin Spacey, Mickey Rourke, Kelly Osbourne and Kim Catrall.
